Hirtshals is a great bicycle city! You can get around and reach everything by bike.
We know getting around is a part of thriving and enjoying a stay in Hirtshals, therefore we have created "Lendabike" which is yours together with the other students staying at Hirtshals Dormitory.
Lendabike is a cheap easy way to have your own bike while staying in Hirthals as a student.
You get a bike, probably from a fellow student, by paying a deposit of 200 euros. 175 of the deposit is returned when you end your studies or do not need the bike anymore. You pay 20 euros pr. semester you are lending the bike.
The bike must be ready for the next “Lendabike`r”. You need to fix the and hand it back fully functional and as nice as when you received it.
Yoy will take fotos receiving and handing over the bike. And hopefully you just deliver the bike back by handing the keys to one of your fellow students.
Become a “Lendabike`r” when you sign up for your room.
We only have xx bikes so if they are all lend out you will have to sign up at the waiting list.
